Pipe fitting is the process of installing/repairing piping or tubing systems that convey liquid, gas, and occasionally solid materials. This process involves selecting and preparing pipe or tubing, joining it together by various means, and the location and repair of leaks. The joining of pipe sections together is important as this if not done properly, which means following strict instructions, you could cause a major issue in the installation or repair of pipes. 

When we bought the rights to the DuPont Company's plant maintenance and operations training programs in 1990, Job Training Systems, Inc. was born. Our courses and job training workbooks cover the fundamentals/instructions of pipe fitting, that all mechanics and plant operators need to know. Pipe fitting instructions, have been used to train tens of thousands of people in the inner-working of said product. Community colleges, apprenticeship programs, and many of the world's top chemical, refining, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical corporations are among our clients. Many of our clients have been with us from the beginning. Approximately 170 titles and job training workbooks (some focused on the instructions behind pipe fitting) are available in a variety of formats.
