Course No. 140
Supervisory Problems
Fifty-five situations representing the kinds of problems a new foreman is likely to encounter during the early months of his supervisory experience. Some are human relations problems, some involve policy questions, and others are concerned with paperwork or procedural phases of the job. The course is designed to help the second level supervisors train their new foremen in management functions by facilitating informal discussions on potential supervisory problems. Two or three problems can be assigned per week for approximately 25 weeks.
This course includes both the Supervisor’s Guide and the Foreman’s Workbook.
