Impulse Steam Traps

Operating cycle, field and shop repair of impulse steam traps: how to distinguish an impulse steam trap from five other types of traps; identification of parts of the trap; explanation of the sequence of steps in the operating cycle. Repair of the trap in the field and in the shop are included.

Prerequisites: Course 88, 91 and 102 or equivalent knowledge of testing, installation, and troubleshooting procedures for steam traps.
