Fundamentals of compressed air systems; the air mixture of nitrogen, oxygen and water vapor; the interrelationship of air pressure, temperature, volume, water vapor and dew point; uses of compressed air, and the purposes and flow sequence of filter, compressor first stage, intercooler, compressor second stage, aftercooler, aftercooler separator, after-aftercooler, after-aftercooler separator, receiver and dryer.
