Solid Hand Reamers
Selection of proper size, flute style, and type of reamer to hand ream holes with or without interrupted surfaces; selection of pilot drills and reamer drills for holes that will be reamed; stock removal allowances, feeds, lubricants, and proper method of using a hand reamer; basic reamer nomenclature; how to inspect a reamer; and how to measure the actual size of a reamer.
Prerequisites: Knowledge of drill size selection.
